How long does it take to get my door?
Shop time is typically 1 business week for custom orders once the build sheet is signed. Clearance and in stock doors can go home the same day. Delivery and installation timing depends on your installer's schedule.
Do you offer installation?
We supply the doors. Door Outlet recommends professional installation and can connect you with trusted local installers. Installation costs and scheduling are handled directly between you and the installer.
What is your return policy?
